I believe meaningful healing begins with understanding. Our experiences, relationships, and personal histories shape how we see ourselves, respond to challenges, and connect with others. Often, the patterns we struggle with today developed in response to experiences we may not yet fully understand.

I am a Board Certified Christian Counselor (BCCC) with a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University. I am also pursuing my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at Liberty University.

My approach integrates developmental psychology, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and biblical principles to help individuals better understand the emotional and relational patterns influencing their lives. I draw from several counseling approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), EMDR-informed work, Restoration Therapy, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), adapting my approach to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma-related experiences, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and significant life transitions. My work also includes helping parents understand their own emotional responses and strengthen their relationships with their children.

My counseling philosophy is grounded in Grace, Gratitude, and Growth. I believe we can acknowledge our struggles with compassion, recognize the strengths and resources available to us, and take meaningful steps toward change without allowing our past experiences to define our future.

Through secure virtual sessions, I provide a supportive, Christ-centered environment where individuals can explore their experiences, develop greater self-awareness, and pursue meaningful personal and relational growth.
